• Applicant provides income, benefits, agency support, housing assistance, savings, third-party assistance, or another lawful source showing ability to pay rent.
• Applicant provides requested documents or explains why they are unavailable.
• Applicant provides at least two references or explains why they cannot.
• Applicant acknowledges the month-to-month lease expectations.
• Applicant agrees to maintain the property and follow lease rules.
• Applicant understands that false or unverifiable information may delay or affect review.
